At Livaro Wellness, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required


Return Process

All returns must be approved in advance.

⚠️ Important: Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
